When the customer signs the deal, the dealer sends them off with the typical suitcase full of the technical manuals plus a copy of our book
- with instructions to browse the book. When the customer comes back in a couple of days for the "walk through" and to pick up their coach, they now have absorbed lots of easy-to-read information, attained a higher comfort level, are not overwhelmed with new jargon and info, are less intimidated, have a feel for what questions to ask, know more of what they need (accessory-wise), and are able to better understand and internalize the "walk through" information. They leave the dealership more competent and with increased confidence that they made the right purchase.
