manner...
When the customer signs the deal, the dealer sends them off with
the typical suitcase full of the technical manuals plus a copy
of our book
- with instructions to browse the book. When the customer comes
back in a couple of days for the "walk through" and to
pick up their coach, they now have absorbed lots of easy-to-read
information, attained a higher comfort level, are not overwhelmed
with new jargon
and info, are less intimidated, have a feel for what questions
to ask, know more of what they need (accessory-wise), and are able
to better understand and internalize the "walk through" information.
They leave the dealership more competent and with increased confidence
that they made the right purchase.
The pure value of the information in the book helps create a truly
satisfied and knowledgeable customer. The pure value of the information
in the book far, far exceeds the traditional coffee mug, tee shirt,
or jacket.
